PAYMENT QUESTIONS
Is there a deposit fee?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to hold your service date.
Will there be a Sales Tax?
Yes. All invoices will be subjected to 4.712% - Maui, Hawai`i Sales Tax.
What forms of payment is accepted?
We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards. All payments must clear before your service date. An additional $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

MEDIA DESIGN + PRINT QUESTIONS
What type of software / equipment does your company use?
Our media designs are created with modern, up-to-date softwares and equipment. All files are saved at it's highest quality.
We use premium dye ink for all prints.
Can I see proofs before my order is finalized?
Yes, we will work with you throughout the whole design process.
Does your company print all items?
Currently, we are able to print smaller items (i.e. cards, invitations). We are unable to print large items (i.e. posters, banners, large signs). Clients will be given a digital copy and print instructions, along with recommended print locations / print labs.
MOBILE DJ QUESTIONS
What time will you be setting up and breaking down?
- Setup and breakdown time will vary based on venue location and access. We do recommend to our clients to allow us to set up at least 2 (two) hours+ in advance. This will ensure all equipments are working properly.
- Breakdown will occur 45-50 minutes prior to your venue closing.
Can I make a song request?
Yes, we accept song requests. Also, prior to you event, we will work with you on song choices and genres.
- Disclaimer: Due to many versions of a particular song, we advise clients to have the artist name and song title.
PHOTO BOOTH QUESTIONS
What type of photo booth equipment do you use?
Our photo booth has a modern, open-air feel. Equipped with a mirror touchscreen and lighting.
Will I receice copies of the photos?
Yes, all photos captured with our photo booth will be available for download via our Client Gallery. Your album will be password protected. Feel free to share the album with your guest.

Do you use lighting equipment?
Yes, lighting is offered to our clients during all photo sessions.
How will I receive my photos?
All photos will be available for download via our Client Gallery. Your album will be password protected.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Currently, no, BUT we are making arrangments to start fufilling orders. Check back for updates.
